Get the Human Software Right
In
 the era when the technology is evolving, anybody can get the hardware 
according to the requirements but the main challenge is to get right 
minds at the right time and right place. Like Nandan Nilekani always say
 in his interviews, the only advantage he had was that he was present at
 the right place with right minds and the right time. Brilliant minds 
attract other brilliant minds.
So 
the main challenge is to get the trained professionals or subject matter
 experts with or without experience; having no experience is more a 
mental hurdle than otherwise.
The
 main elements to develop a trained professional are team work, exposure
 to risks, decision taking ability. These lessons can be taken from 
Honeybees, they exhibit best team work; they work in small teams and 
whenever a team gets big, they split into small teams. Their approach is
 ‘too-big-to-fail’ i.e. whenever a team gets large, the inefficiency 
increases and thus resulting in under performance.
Another
 analogy could be honeybee strategy for decision taking capability. Bees
 take decision depending on the output required and the sources 
available i.e. they check the capacity of beehive before working too 
hard. There is no point in manufacturing honey if they are not going to 
use it and also under production can reduce the life saving chances.
When
 making big decisions, honeybees discuss among themselves. They have a 
strong communication technique through which they take informed 
decisions. They use their experience to reiterate their decisions. 
Prosperity
 of small countries is the best example of importance of skills and not 
the manpower. If the attitude of the person is right, no one can stop 
him from achieving success. So before using the advanced softwares, an 
individual should work on his own software.
