Alchemy 2020-21 – The Annual Management Conclave | 10th April, 2021
Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Bengaluru hosted - ‘Alchemy 2020-21’ on the 10th of April 2021. Alchemy is the annual management conclave of SIBM Bengaluru.
In its 8th year, Alchemy continued to offer various insights on the pertinent issues related to the business world by inviting an esteemed panel of speakers. This time, Alchemy went online for the first time and bridged the gap between academia and corporate life for the students of SIBM Bengaluru.
The Conclave was structured around the theme
‘A Journey from Darkness to Light’.
The world has seen tremendous changes post the pandemic. Although there has been considerable negative fallout, businesses and society at large have worked towards finding the light at the end of the tunnel. Alchemy 2020-21 this year focused on this fighting spirit as the theme for this year is ‘A journey from Darkness to Light.’
The panel discussions focused on how technology would act as the spoke of the wheel to connect the business globally to lift the economy of the nations. It also focused on how businesses have transformed themselves during the lockdown and what would be the future of new normalcy.

3. Mr. Amitabh Ray- Managing Director of Ericsson Global Services, India
4. Mr. SivaKumar Ingersoll - Finance Director and Country CFO of Dell
