SIBM Bengaluru hosts its 9th Annual Management Day in the distinguished presence of Mr. L. Ravichandran, President and Chief Operating Officer - Tech Mahindra

The students of SIBM Bengaluru achieved laurels in the academic year 2017-18 by their relentless determination, countless endeavours and a dream to make a difference. To cherish yet another year of academic excellence and progress, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru celebrated its 9th Annual Management Day on 24th February 2018.
The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the professors and students. The institution is built upon the foundation of “Vasudev Kutumbkum”- One world, one family. It propels its belief by empowering the international students and encouraging the holistic development of all the students without any difference year after year. The Annual Management day was the glimpse of what all the year brought in the lives of the students and made them emerge as a competent, independent manager in this volatile, ever-changing corporate world.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, Mr. L. Ravichandran, President and Chief Operating Officer - Tech Mahindra. He appreciated the students’ efforts and admired the college for providing the students with a platform to learn, grow and prosper. He shared some of his life lessons with the outgoing and the current batch, advising them to strive for excellence while maintaining the work-life balance. Mr. L. Ravichandran, along with our Director – Dr. Rajesh Panda and Deputy Director – Prof. A. Vidyasagar, felicitated the students with the certificates and trophies for their achievements in various National Competitions. They welcomed the newly formed student council as the former student leaders transferred their position of responsibility to the next Batch. The Student Leadership Council for the Batch 2018-19 received their badges from their respective coordinators. The 12 committees of the college witnessed their new leaders and a General College Secretary for the upcoming academic year 2018-19.
The event concluded with the students taking an oath to lead the college forward and to maintain the legacy of the institution.
